Skoolz Out Terms & Conditions

  1. On-line bookings can be made up to 48 hours prior to the start of each play-scheme. Bookings within 48 hours or during the play-scheme maybe accommodated but must be by phone.
  2. All payment must be made at the time of booking to ensure a place at the play-scheme.
  3. Skoolz Out requires that 10 days notice must be given for cancellations.
  4. Refunds will only be given if the above condition is fulfilled and will be in the form of a credit note. Skoolz Out does not issue cash or card refunds.
  5. Skoolz Out reserve right not to accept, or to exclude any child whose behaviour is deemed to be excessively disruptive to the group as a whole.
  6. Our Insurance cover requires that children are only in our care between the hours of 8.30am and 6pm. Skoolz Out cannot be responsible for children outside these hours therefore delivery and collection of children must be within these time constraints.
  7. Skoolz Out cannot be held responsible for the loss of children’s clothing or their personal items.
  8. Any photographs reproduced in this site are by the consent of the individual or their parent/guardian.
  9. Skoolz Out will employ appropriate security measures given the nature of any personal data collected. We have tried to create a secure and reliable website for our users, However, you should recognise that your use of the Internet and our website is entirely at your own risk.
  10. Links from our site may lead to pages maintained by other organisations. If you choose to use such a link then you will leave our website, whether or not you realise you are leaving, we are no longer in any way responsible for the material on other websites that you enter.
