Narinder Ghosal is well qualified for her role as leader of the Skoolz Out team, she has twelve years experience in childcare and during that time has attended various courses and workshops [link to qualifications] to maintain and improve her knowledge of all aspects of childcare i.e. the latest teaching methods, health and safety Ofsted standards etc. With her hands on experience as an early years practitioner and managing play schemes during the school holidays, Narinder says "I feel confident in all aspects of dealing with children in the 4 to 11 age group that Skoolz Out cater for. I take great pride in my work, both in dealing with children directly and the organising and administration involved. I am always punctual and well prepared and as a result children are normally well behaved and happy in my care".

Safe
When entrusted with your children ensuring their safety is paramount, there are many factors involved but primarily it must be the quality of staff. Our Team-Leaders are vetted in accordance with Ofsted guidelines and include rigorous checks through the criminal records bureau. Staff are chosen for their enthusiasm and empathy with children as well as their qualifications.

Stimulating
Skoolz Out has invested extensively on equipment to ensure all needs are catered for. Activities are designed to be fun, educational and stimulate children using the six areas of learning (Early Learning Goals). All members of staff interact with the children on a personal level to ensure their stay with Skoolz Out is as enjoyable as possible.
